Assalamu aleikum wa rahmatullah :)  My laptop is back and alhamdulillah how much easier things are now, especially what comes to writing. Now I can write my blog better, much better, and also I can continue writing a story I started last year.  Last time I wrote about tears, and to be honest it's not much easier, but of course there's always things to be grateful of. So it's a little difficult, difficult, lemon, difficult (a meme - not easy, peasy, lemon squeezy), but as the days go by I learn to deal with this thing better and better, alhamdulillah. ... So should we go back to all the positive things? I say yes. And one of my favourite things is creating different sorts of lists. I think it's a good time for.. June favourites! 1. Summer is here How beautiful it is outside! It looks like the leaves on the trees and bushes couldn't be any larger than they are right now, and summer just started. Flowers, lilac trees.. all kinda tree seeds floating in the air. And the...

Assalamu aleikum everyone, how are you doing? I'm a little scared to write. It's same why I'm sometimes worried to pray and recite out loud: I worry I'm just gonna cry. Crying itself is healing. I think it as washing our hearts clean again, from sins and that sticky situation mud that keeps weighing us down. But it's hard to let go of self control like that. Sometimes I cry often. Sometimes it comes from empathy. Sometimes it can be coming from self pity and those hard feelings of neglect and abandonment. I am a love junkie - when I feel lonely, that's when my eyes bowl easily.     ...   Can a person cry and be strong same time? Of course. Can a person have sabr, patience, and cry still? Definetly. To feel your feelings and be in the moment who you are takes a lot of strenght. I have never wanted to become cynical, and my cries have saved me from that, alhamdulillah.    ...   Right now I'm going through something very difficult in my life. I don't fee...

Growth spurt

Assalamu aleikum, how are you? I have had a little harder time.. that always affects on my writing. It's what it is: social media is about our highlights and happy days. I wonder if people still have interest of true life stories. In Finland, if you ask someone how they are doing, we actually wanna answer that question. At least me, as I can speak for only myself..   .. but yeah, it hasn't been easy. Getting better, yes, but it's been a trying time.   ...     Like diamonds are made in great pressure, I have noticed some steps of growth, which I'm happy about. Things like  1. I can stand on my own feet again.  2. There's good friends on my side. 3. Losing something makes me fight harder for it. 4. My life and ways to live it are as good as others. 5. I have potential to embrace my good qualities and be a better wife and friend. And 6. Some things take time and rushing it doesn't make it happen sooner. More trust and surrendering to Allah's plan and tim...

Done and happy

Assalamu aleikum wa rahmatullah. How's everything?    The title is a click bait, I admit 👀 but I wanna share with you today, what I have been doing. I often write about my personal stuff and what kinda things I'm struggling with. It's not all so difficult though. A lot has also changed. I am showing up now every day and I am much more motivated now to keep up with this daily challenge. First step is to battle against my own mind.  ... It all starts with going out. No matter what my mind wants to tell me, no matter how anxious I feel.  I have made a new friend, alhamdulillah. And I meet all of my friends much more often and we walk, talk, eat and laugh. I started to go to an art and crafts group every week. I go for walks by myself.  I have treated myself with new clothes and makeup. Becose past 5 years I've been saving every single penny, so I wanted to loose a little. And I'm still saving, that hasn't changed, and I will start working again soon again in sha A...

Writer's luck

Assalamu aleikum dears ☺❤ I was chatting with my friend about blogs and vlogs, and I posted in insta. About how I am not blogging right now. But here I am. And to my surprise, I had been posting not so long ago. I had completely forgotten.  From last summer, my life has been a rush. Now everything looks like settling down - I was even in hospital for few weeks in February. After that I lived in a temporary apartment, and alhamdulillah then found a place which I can call home. ... Showing up, to write blog or meeting people has been my main point for a while. I struggle socially so much.. I feel often so lowsy what comes to making new friends. It gives me anxiety even though I do love meeting people. I'm an introvert, that maybe explains.. but I try to show up.  This has also a twist. When I was younger, I was a lot more confident. I didn't care at all what people thought of me, and I probably was stepping out of the background much more than nowadays. But when I fell sic...

Again and again, again

Assalamu aleikum wa rahmatullah 🌈 Hmm.. how many times in my life I have been 'in the middle', waiting for the next step? I have probably been in this situation for past four years, more or less.  And middle, or waiting, is not a bad thing. It feels like it.. but it could be also time for preparing and dreaming. Right now I am in Finland again, living at my friend's place, no job no income. Yet. And part of me wants to panic about getting an apartment, social security and a steady life, with my husband, living together, finally . And the rest of me is thinking that day by day, I can put effort in all of that, and then try to take it easy, recover from stress-related almost-psychosis, do lovely workouts with my dear friend, and trust that love will carry us to our future. By the will of Allah, subhana wa ta'ala. ... Otherwise there is not much. Medication is doing it's tricks, so there's not so many ideas or energy in my dear brain. I have tried to put together...

Happiest?

Assalamu aleikum everyone 😊❤ Finland has been ranked twice (?) The Happiest Country of the World. Wow.. this country, where we probably complain the most? 😄  Is that the key to happiness, complaining? It just might be. ... I've been pondering about relationships. I think we all wish to be happy with our spouses. But why so often a couple ends up arguing, and the spark fades through time? Complaining brings quickly a negative touch to relationships. It could also be an important step to change. Why complain if everything is fine? That is true but.. isn't it better to notice problems so there could be development?  Communication is the key too. But when one is negative and other positive, the energy between them creates more chaos that reconciliation. ... How to have a happy relationship then? Internet provides multiple advices, lists and no-no's, and it seems a same song over and over. You know, the things we know we are supposed to do but maybe don't feel energy for....
