Assalamu aleikum wa rahmatullah all :) how are u?
Today has been really nice day, alhamdulillah. I renewed my gym membership from 2023 and have now gone two times. It's good, gives energy, and I feel better already. I have gone there in the morning, it's a nice way to start a day, now that I have a chance to do so. This gym I go to is an all women gym so there's a good atmosphere. Usually people greet and maybe chat a bit, but generally everybody just focus on their own training and everyone are welcome.

I was thinking, maybe it's time for a favorite list, haven't done those again for a while. These things are very simple but bring me much joy. So here it goes:
1. Raisins in smoothie
My friend taught me this. Good sweetener for those of us who have a sweet tooth. Just remember to soak them before blending. There's also many benefits of eating raisins or to drink the water they have been soaked in. I remember it is a sunnah, but I'm sorry I can't provide proper information (don't know nowadays what to rely on when reading online..). If any of you readers know better, let me know in the comments. :)
But yes, a good combination is to blend together raisins, blueberries/strawberries, banana and yoghurt. I've also added some oat milk, you can add small amount of water too.
2. Spring is on the way
I know, February just started. But Spring is still coming :) Normally I would say that we are still gonna have snow but this year I wouldn't be so sure. The global warming is here, no one can doubt it anymore at this time. Yes, we've had snow and temperature has dropped more or less all winter.. but this is not how it is supposed to be. I remember one winter like this, it was the winter before Covid-19. And during the Covid time, the usual winters came back. But now, well, it's almost like we would be on March already. I have to say, well, I don't hate it, because this kinda weather is so much easier to handle. And it reminds of the coming Spring of course. Happy bubble.. well, Spring would come anyway in sha Allah.
3. And what happens in March...
... or actually in the end of this month! You guessed it right, Ramadan is coming :) alhamdulillah. I wait for the fasting and actually I am planning to fast few days next week. We were in a situation earlier, that I didn't know would it have been good for me to fast so I waited for certain results (if you know..) so now I have a bit more catching up to do. Alhamdulillah for everything. The blessed time is here so prepare your du'aas and set your intentions ♡

Yeah, these type of days are my favorite days. It's been a lovely weekend. Next week a new group will start in sha Allah, called "Movement and relaxation", I don't know what we are going to do there but I'm eager to find out. It's part of the physiotherapy plan which started last year. So fasting, group, gym.. I'm happy to start next week. I hope you too will have some things to wait for :)
