Crocs for summer?
Assalamu aleikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh dears :) how's your day?
I did a home workout, later I cooked and then I have been relaxing. Ran some small errands too. A nice day, alhamdulillah. Now I wanted to take some time with you, dear readers, so I made a cuppa. I'm sitting in the tv light because hubby is sleeping and teenage ninja turtle is looking for a spot to take an evening nap. Good atmosphere and vibes can consist of so many things. :)

It's a bit too early to make a Fall fashion forecast, but some things have caught my eye. Those pieces are very wearable already now and naturally at the summertime too. Here's what I'm thinking:
1. Crocodile
Crocodile in muted tones, especially chocolate browns, or then even lime greens and purples.. Most wearable as a slouchy tote bag or a pair of heeled boots. I saw one bag at a second hand shop and I regret not buying it :( Generally I feel like this trend is easy to find on second hand shops.
2. Black and cream (and grey)
Black and white is a classic combination, but looks more new and softer with a natural cream color. It's also an easy base to apply some colour, like f.e. navy or bright red. Grey will be back again in knitwear and monochromatic looks too.
3. Oversize shirts, blazers, maxi skirts
I put all these together because it's more of the vibe. Oversize shirts especially paired with a white maxi skirt will be trending this summer. Personally I think an oversize shirt is so nice item to have because its surprisingly versatile. You can use it as a shirt, or a light jacket at summer, you can do a French tuck or leave some buttons unbuttoned.. and it's easy to find right now in so many colors.
Blazers are still very trendy, and it's not anymore just trendy but a staple piece. I'm still looking for my own, I want to find it in burgundy, or maybe a patterned one.
Maxi skirts, no need to explain, works always :)
...
Tomorrow I will do some grocery shopping, and maybe a walk included. In sha Allah you also have had a good day, and if not, may Allah bless your tomorrow ♡
Until next time,
Aisha
