Help Gaza

Assalamu aleikum wa rahmatullah all. How are u doing?

I'm writing on my phone, 6am and I haven't slept at all. I'm ok, I am visiting my friend and we had a nice evening, talking, eating pizza and sauna. Maybe it's because I'm not at home, I have been very anxious and lot on my mind, I haven't gotten any sleep. Sometimes this happens, I might need some extra medicine and in sha Allah I'll be fine.

So I have had time and u know, just been scrolling social media. That alone is sometimes upsetting to me. But especially now when as we know, Greta Thunberg and the rest of the group are being threatened. And the genocide happening. I'm sorry, I can't think straight and get my words right.. but u know what's going on and has been going on. I wish I could do something. I wish their task will be succesful, as the march to the Gaza border too.

It's also the day of Arafa. Our duaas must be with the Palestinian people. Of course with everyone who is suffering. How our world has come to this, how this can happen? Why our leaders don't care or care enough? The answer is that people who hold the power don't care about humanity. The consequences will be severe.

I'm not the most articulate person. I don't know what I can say exept la ilaha illallah. May Allah be with the oppressed and give them the peace, safety and their rights.

Do what you can. Even a prayer. The next couple of days will be crucial and I truly wish for good news.

I see u readers come back and thank you for that. I can see the countries you are reading from, from the statistics. I welcome all of you. Just one thing bothers me. There's the countries, like lately Singapore, Hong Kong, Mexico, even El Salvador, then USA and Finland, Sweden too and Ireland, and some others too. Then there's "Other", where I see many reads come from, and I never have known what it means. There has come many reads just now and I wonder what's it about. If you have hidden your ip address, that's fine. But this is my own space, this little blog, and I only welcome those with good intentions. To be continued...

I try to now close my eyes for a bit and take it easy. Stress is not good for me and definetly the news are stressful. If I take a break, that's a priviledge which I have to use now, but I do care. Again, I ask you all to do what you can to show support for Palestine. And everyone who needs help.

In sha Allah we will have better news. Thank you for reading, until next time,

Aisha
